• Technical data. Standard log and analytics data such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type. If you use the "use my location" feature, your device shares coordinates only for that search.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiries and provide real estate brokerage services.
• To show relevant listings, market reports and price-change or new-listing alerts you opted into.

• To meet legal, tax and real estate record-keeping obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run this site and our business — for example hosting, email delivery, MLS/IDX data services and our customer relationship system — and when required by law or to complete a transaction you have asked us to work on.
