Harbor Beach is Fort Lauderdale's most exclusive oceanfront enclave — a guard-gated barrier-island community sitting between the Atlantic and the Intracoastal, just south of the Bahia Mar marina. Residents share a private mile of sand and beach club, and many homes back to deep-water canals capable of accommodating mega-yachts well over 100 feet.

Ocean access is exceptional: boats leave the dock and reach the open Atlantic through Port Everglades in minutes, with no fixed bridges. Inventory is tightly held; sales typically range from $5M for a renovation candidate to $40M+ for new-construction estates on premium lots.
