Pompano Beach has quietly become one of the best values on the Broward coast, with a rebuilt beachfront, new oceanfront towers and established boating streets in the Isles.
At $1 Million and up in Pompano Beach, you are generally choosing between location and condition: an older home in the best position, or a newer home a street or two back. The Hillsboro Inlet gives Pompano boaters a short, direct run to the Atlantic, and many canal homes in Garden Isles, Cypress Harbor and the Isles of Pompano sit within minutes of it with no fixed bridges.
