At $2 Million and up in Highland Beach, you are generally choosing between location and condition: an older home in the best position, or a newer home a street or two back. Ocean-to-Intracoastal estates and direct-Intracoastal homes with private docks define the single-family market; the Boca Inlet is minutes south.
