At $2 Million and up in Hollywood, you are generally choosing between location and condition: an older home in the best position, or a newer home a street or two back. Hollywood Lakes and North Lake homes sit on deep water with quick access to the Intracoastal and, through Port Everglades, the ocean — often with wider lots than comparable Fort Lauderdale streets.
Remember that the purchase price is only part of the number.
