At $2 Million and up in Key Biscayne, you are generally choosing between location and condition: an older home in the best position, or a newer home a street or two back. Harbor Drive and the Mashta area offer protected bayfront dockage; the island's west side faces Biscayne Bay with the Miami skyline behind it.
