At $5 Million and up in Coral Gables, you are generally choosing between location and condition: an older home in the best position, or a newer home a street or two back. Gated waterways like Gables Estates, Old Cutler Bay and Cocoplum offer deep-water dockage with direct Biscayne Bay access and no fixed bridges — among the most protected yacht basins in the county.
